Thanks for the Memories!

Well the Household name tour finished last night with a stormin’ show at The Fez in Reading. It’s been a damn good few weeks.

We had an amazin’ time doing the shows, hanging out with the other bands and making lot’s of new friends!

It started ominously with the van breaking down on our way to the Manchester show (5 fucking hours on the hard shoulder) but despite that, a few sleepless nights (Phil snores like a bastard) and the van breaking down a few more times, we loved every moment.

We’d like to thank all the bands on the tour for being such nice people and making us laugh, dance and drunk (not necessarily in that order). Lil, Kafren, and Al thanks guys, for the tour and for putting the record out. Ian cheers for sorting out the shows. All the people that have given up there floors/sofas/bathtubs so that we got a place to stay for the night, thank you very much and we apologise for any hard to get rid of odours left behind. All the promoters who kept us fed and watered (or beered). And finally we’d like to thank all the people who came to the shows and made each night so much fun.

Once we get all the shit together we’re gonna post a load of photos from the tour in the Gallery section. Also – once he’s finished typing it up – we will be putting Phil’s tour diary on the site, which should be a interesting read for you and us.

We’ve got a quiet couple of months now but hopefully we’ll be back in a town near you by the end of the year!
